"I wasn't really expecting
the first song 'Roman Polanski' to immediately exclaim 'When will Roman Polanski die?' But it does and it made me smile. Not
that I have been thinking that or really anything about Polanski, but I will have to say it did make me like this record right
away. The singer's vocals are screechy, grating and slightly out of tune, but she makes up for it with enthusiasm, attitude
and dark humor. The music is simple and amatuerishly played, but it makes up for that with charm and feedback. Plus side A
has six songs that clock in at under a minute each. Yes, I like this a lot." -- Carolyn Keddy, Maximum Rock and Roll #340. "Wonderful lo-fi buzz-punk-pop. Distorted guitars and killer hooks and Camylle's singing
is so damned charming. 7 songs, 6 of which appear on side one and none of which are more than a minute. The flip has one song,
the infectiously catchy "Not That Kind of Girlfriend," ending with a squall of feedback. Turns out that's a cover
by 90s era band the Smoking Popes but this version is quite a bit better. Only 83 copies so you might want to act quickly."
-- Suburban Voice Fanzine #96 "Rudimentary, raw, oddly catchy punk ditties about
apocalypse men, permanent eyesores, and wishing Roman Polanski would die. The A-side has six tracks, none of which break the
one-minute mark, while the flip features their apparent magnum opus, “Not That Kind of Girlfriend,” which clocks
in at a whopping two minutes twelve seconds. Dunno if it’d be compatible with all tastes, but it definitely ain’t
without its charms" ---Jimmy
